Barclays Bank Tanzania

Barclays Bank Tanzania was established in 1925. It was nationalised for the period between 1967 and 2000 and its name was changed to National Bank of Commerce. Today it is again part of the British multinational banking and financial services company Barclays. There are 22 branches and 41 ATMs in Tanzania plus a staff of 400 who service over 110,000 customers. They offer banking services to personal and business clients. Premium banking facilities are also available. The range of products that are available includes day-to-day accounts, savings accounts, term deposits, and foreign currency accounts.
